Temperatures will be more like May this week as we climb into the 70s during the day and drop into the 50s at night. Monday will be dry for most areas but there is a slight chance of a shower east of HWY 63. Skies will remain partly cloudy into Wednesday with high temperatures climbing into the mid 70s.

Another area of low pressure aloft will approach Wednesday bringing a chance of showers and t-storms late in the day. The chance increases Wednesday night into Thursday with showers and t-storms likely Thursday. At this time, severe weather does not look likely.

Showers and t-storms will become spotty Friday with a chance lingering into Saturday as a cold front moves through, cooling daytime temperatures into the lower 60s for Mother's Day.
