Areas south of I-70 will be seeing mostly Sunny skies.

The arctic air mass that settled in Mid-Missouri Monday will move eastward for Tuesday. Temperatures will be in the teens from Des Moines to Chicago. Temperatures will warm into the 20s in Missouri and into the low 30s to low 40s in southwestern parts of the Midwest.
