Rain chances through Thursday

The combination of a cold front moving in from the north and a storm system coming from the south will bring chances for scattered t-storms Wednesday and Thursday.

Severe weather isn't expected and some areas will actually be missed by the storms. Rain amounts could be up to .50" with a few areas receiving higher amounts.

The cold front will stall across northern Missouri through the weekend, bringing continued chances for storms, mainly north of I-70, through the weekend.

Stronger storms will be possible Sunday night into Monday.
