As of March 5th, we have had 2.31" precipitation since January 1st which is 2.3" below average. Seasonal snowfall comes in at 17.7 inches which is slightly above the average of 16.5" for March 5th.

We have had below average monthly precipitation since June 2013 which leaves mid-Missouri in abnormally dry conditions as we head into spring. Medium range forecast models show little to no precipitation through the middle of March but an active weather pattern for the last half of the month could boost totals slightly.
