Outlook through mid-August

The weather pattern which is giving us cooler than average temperatures and occasional rain chances will hold through the middle of August. Medium range forecast models continue to show northwesterly winds aloft moving through the Midwest, keeping our temperatures near or below average with occasional rain chances as upper level waves move through.

Our average high temperature through August 15th is 88 degrees and average low 66 degrees. Our 30 year average rainfall for August is 4.36 inches.
