Arctic air is once again moving into mid-Missouri giving us a bitterly cold start to the day Wednesday. A combination of the frigid air and a northerly breeze will give us wind chill readings as low as 5 below zero early Wednesday morning.

Under sunny skies, temperatures will start off near 10 and only reach the upper 20s in the afternoon with westerly winds up to 12 mph which will make it feel more like the teens.
