Columbia police release surveillance photos of Kaldi's Coffee armed robber

Columbia police released surveillance photos from an armed robbery at the downtown Kaldi's Coffee on Friday, October 4, 2013.

COLUMBIA, Mo. -

Columbia police released surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in the armed robbery of Kaldi's Coffee downtown.

Friday morning, police say a man entered the business through the back door after an employee opened the door for a coworker. The man then pointed a gun at an employee and demanded money.

The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

Officers describe the suspect as a black man, approximately 30 years old, 6'1" tall, bald and with glasses. He was last seen wearing shorts and a tank top.
