Columbia police looking for suspects in an armed robbery at Belleview and Bethany.

COLUMBIA, Mo. -

Boone County deputies continued investigating an armed robbery just west of Columbia late Saturday night.

Three people told investigators they were sitting in a car at Bellview Drive and Bethany Drive around 11 p.m. when a group of six teenagers approached them with handguns.

The suspects got away with unknown items from the three people and the car, but no one was hurt.

Deputies said in a news release Sunday they were looking for six black teenage men who walked away from the scene in dark hoodies and black jeans.

Anyone with information in the case was asked to call the Sheriffs Department or leave an anonymous tip with CrimeStoppers, by calling 875-TIPS.
