He's certainly not one of the wise men.
A South Carolina man earned himself a spot on Santa's naughty list when he was allegedly found with frankincense, myrrh and marijuana during a traffic stop Monday night.
Officers detected a "strong odor of marijuana" emitting from 19-year-old Alain Cassagnol when they stopped him in Myrtle Beach and asked him to step out of his Mercedes-Benz sedan, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
Cassagnol confessed to having marijuana "in his pants by his groin," according to the police report.
Police also found a bottle of frankincense and myrrh incense spray in the vehicle.
Known as "Blunt Block," the product is usually used to mask the odor of burnt marijuana, according to The Smoking Gun.
Cassagnol was charged with speeding and marijuana possession.
