Video of a 12-year-old boy calling out a Las Vegas police officer for parking illegally has gone viral.
In the YouTube clip, which now boasts nearly 3.5 million views, the boy named Jeremy approaches the unidentified police officer with a simple question:
"Is there a reason for you to park on the sidewalk? Is it an emergency or anything?" he asks the officer, who refuses to answer the question or give Jeremy his badge number, UPI reported.
The boy continues to hound the officer, asking him again for his badge number.
When asked why he wants it, the boy replies: "Because I have a right to."
The officer then asks Jeremy for his ID and tells him to stop loitering before speeding off, according to BoingBoing.
Many are praising the boy's inquiry and panning the officer's response, though some Redditors think Jeremy is just plain annoying.
"20 bucks says this kid grows up to have no friends," a Redditor named YouJellyz wrote.
