Your mom may be annoying, but one Florida teen learned that's not a crime.
Vincent Valvo, 19, was arrested after authorities in Vero Beach said he called 911 not once, but twice, because "he didn't like how his mom was talking to him," WTSP reported.
Valvo was warned about calling 911 for non-emergencies, but apparently didn't get the message.
After his second call, police arrived at his home and arrested him on charges of abusing 911.
According to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun, Valvo showed signs of being extremely intoxicated.
This was his third booking at the Indian River County Jail in the last year, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
