For the dressing:
¼ c. sour cream
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
¼ tsp. celery seed
¼ tsp. powdered mustard
Dash of sweet paprika, preferably Hungarian
Dash of salt, or to taste
For the salad:
1 lg. red apple, cored and cut into ½-inch cubes
1 lg. green apple, cored and cut into ½-inch cubes
¼ c. coarsely chopped walnuts, preferably toasted
